Me too, whichbe.
I clicked a bunch of links and didn't find anything--even on Urban Dictionary, which is my Click of Absolute Last Resort. (I was sure it would say something scatological.)
Maybe this belongs on a new list: Words I Like That Are Nevertheless Inscrutable. But with my luck, someone will come along and scrute them and ruin everything.
... Does this sound to anyone else like a very small and exotic variety of pepper? Perhaps one that forces other peppers to step out with other vegetables?

No, regular quins wear those. Schmucks. Not pimpquins.
Pimpquins, if they weren't small, spicy purple peppers, would look like this, or perhaps this—the original.
