I've noticed several people using "relatable" in a new sense in writing (not yet in speech). They seem to be using it to mean an audience member can relate to an idea, image, etc. For example, "Harry Potter is relatable because he comes from a middle class family." Have you seen this? So far I've only read it in younger people's writing.
