Du is the informal you - a friend told me the other day that although he and his boss are on Sie terms (the formal you) there is a convention of a working du when they're on courses or in groups where everyone else is on du terms. Back in the office and it's straight back to Sie.
I must apologise for a mistake: this is a word that I've only ever heard and never seen written so hadn't realised that it's actually in the plural - wochen. I don't think this word is correct and one should use flitterwochen
