Reflexative — adjective: describing thought, judgment, or response shaped by repeated reflection, reinforcement, assumption, or prior interpretation, so that one conclusion begins influencing the next before the underlying matter is freshly examined.
The term is intended to describe a process that is more than merely reflective or reflexive: the thinking itself becomes recursively formative.
