sassmews commented on the list like-hell
My two favorite hell words: stygian and lethe. From Nabokov's Pale Fire: "We all know those dreams in which something Stygian soaks through and Lethe leaks in the dreary terms of defective plumbing."

Wow, thanks for all the suggestions! I was aiming for "saucy" gallicisms. I think a few of these suggestions would work well in my "Sexy and Saucy" list too.
Both suggestions are fabulous. I shall add them!

That's funny. I'm trying to avoid words that are too obvious, but perhaps a neologism like "licksome" incorporates the same idea. In the spirit of toothsome and winsome!
sassmews commented on the word lurk
Hey!! I see that somebody has taken a jab at me for sitting quietly. I just found the site this past weekend, so it should be permissible for me to lurk for a little while. Besides, nobody has made any comments on my words. Although someone did correct my misspelling of "absit invidia" - thanks. I was sort of hoping someone would make some suggestions for my word lists. Anyway, hello!

Hey - I love saucy and I adore meurr - but I'm a fan of phlegmatic, too. Off to have a look at your lists now.
