Spoofulation is a perjorative term used in wine geek circles to denote wines made with too much polish and manipulation. Usually in contrast with natural or unmanipulated winemaking.
"Wow, was that Grace Family Cabernet spoofulated, or what?"
Sometimes shortened to "spoofed."
