There are words in here I have actually felt! But I didn't have the label at all. Thank you! I have felt expectancy. I never thought about it until I read it. Sweet!

Is that an emotion? I tend to think of it as a choice. Maybe this is key!! Is it a choice that BECOMES an emotion?
Perhaps I am not allowing an emotion to be anything other than a feeling that comes surprisingly and/or that I have no control over.
But I'm not sure how I feel about that (sic).
