Often used to refer to outdated or expired version of the paper or news, e.g. today's newspaper is tomorrow's fishwrap. (Also the name of one of the first custom newspaper experiments on the web, created by MIT's Media Lab in 1994. The end product, from a news perspective, fit the name.)
