"Soham" is an amalgamation of two sanskrit terms "so" and "aham". "so" means "that" and "aham" means "I am". Put together "soham" means "I am That" or "That I am".
The term is usually referred in India spirituality to convey the meaning "I am (That)Super Soul".
In the Nath Panth lineage of spiritual inquiry it is used as a mantra during meditation.
Hence, a practitioner of this form of meditation may use the term in a sentence, as follows: "I practice the Soham method of meditation".
