I think they need stiffer penalties and more efforcement, and to the person who said "they sell bait and auto feeders in MN", well SD has drive through liquor stores, but it still doesn't mean you can drink and drive

They made them legal during rifle in MN last year but there wasn't much feedback about participation and I sure didn't see anybody with one during rifle season.
