In the movie Ratatouille, a rat with good taste puppets an Italian man by pulling his hair in various directions while hiding under his chef hat.
This has been used by many people to describe various people who appear to be piloted. Or to describe a random mouse/rat in the wild that you ascribe chef-like ambition to.
