Victoriana is an elegant little gift boutique on Hernandez Macias across from Bellas Artes (I think -- I'm writing from the States) which has things Victorian -- hankerchiefs, frilly things -- but also herbal tinctures, flower essences, essential oils and organic health and beauty products -- all made by Allison, the owner, who has been doing it for years and is quite knowledgeable about all that stuff.
