"Comment love" is another aspect of this, one I admit I'm a bit weak on -- though I read and skim tons of lit blogs, I'm often very lazy about posting comments, which is probably why this blog is not so commenty itself.

It's a.. whatever that part of speech is that describes this:

Well gee, arby, I was AWOL for something like eight or nine months, so don't feel bad! I'm just glad people come back here to dork out, even if they're too busy to check in a lot.
