  • The audio comes from an interview with senator bob collins (australian parliament) from the early 90's in regards to an incident in 1991 where the front of the greek tanker kirki fell off and spilled a bunch of oil in the sea off the coast of australia. actually, it's a comedy sketch featuring john clarke and brian dawe. you can tell because the timing's too good and the interviewer and viewee don't cut each other off like real politicians and newscasters. anyway, it's hilarious.
