A manufacturer in orbit that wishes to sell its goods earth-side would be called a deorbiter in lieu of exporter, since the said-goods would carry the added costs of deorbiting before they reach the marketplace. I admit this term is more likely to be used in the future when industry becomes established off-earth.

I was hoping space would become a heritage resource for humanity. Commerce would be strictly nonprofit. In fact the only deorbited product that could possibly earn a profit would be microwaves.
