In fact, technical execution, esp from a remote location with a low level of people with the different types of competencies and skillsets (many who have been burnt by 1.0 and are earning $700-$1200 a day working 9-5 for a bank, and although they would love to work on something interesting + new .. but cant/wont - mortgage, kids, siignificant other and past experience at least downunder vs the US means it is still hard for the startup to compete to get the tech talent it needs when based outside US)
