The Euskaldunak, Basques, are a cherished group of former immigrants in my home state of Idaho. The Basques have risen from immigrant/migrant sheepherders to the statehouse and boardrooms of major corporations. An American success story, largely untold and unappreciated. See also Euskalherria.
