I have a room available at the moment and had an advertisement in the newspaper on Wednesday. One of the calls I had went like this:
Girl: Hello, I'm calling about the room.
Me: Yes, what can I tell you?
Girl: Do you have anything against age?
Me: What?
Girl: How old are you? How old is everyone living there? I'm seventeen. Is that old enough?
