What I like about demons, reesetee, is precisely their generalism. They're like Victorian polymaths, to the extent that I often imagine them in tailcoats, with waxed moustaches, attending meetings of the Royal Society, or sequestering themselves in the British Museum Reading Room for days at a time.

I'm hoping every now and then demons get to have some sort of gathering or conference (outside of Hell, of course, which is just a big corporation), for that evillage synergy. Somehow I'm finding it easy to imagine a political subcommittee including ravana, gong gong, andrealphus, and ghaddar sitting around a table, discussing geostrategy.
