February 26, 2008 at 5:36 pm here’s another fact: seinfeld’s publisher had missy chase lapine’s manuscript IN HOUSE during the time they rejected it for seinfeld’s. they took seinfeld’s because celebrity sells books. so there actually IS a case to be made for plagiarism. on top of that Jerry Seinfeld slandered the poor woman on national television. they deserve the lawsuit. and i hope lapine wins
