Like I said, the definition raises questions. Time to broaden it?
Since my previous comment I've tracked the word to its sexist pre-Espy source.
"A fondness for women's black undergarments. The term applies both to the woman who likes to wear such garments and to the man who likes to observe them. Derived from melas (black), >i>kryptos (hidden), vestimenta (garments), philia (a liking)."

This word sounds a bit weird in that vestimenta is Latin while the rest is ancient Greek.
