Defined by my S.O., this is any person who sends this sort of thing to their friends:
"Did you hear about the kid trying to get in the Guinness Book of World Records for getting the most cards before he dies of cancer? I read about it online while I was waiting for an email from the widow of a Nigerian prince who needs help getting money out of the country. Here is a dancing leprechaun for good luck. Forward it to twenty friends, and you will win a pot of gold. If you don't, your mother will die tomorrow in a lightning strike. THIS WORKS!!1!!!!"
