Fascinating. We don't have a word for that little dance that strangers do when they meet on the street and shift left and right until they figure out how to get past each other, but we have a word for this.

I've always thought of that little dance as a kind of a pedestrian pas de deux.
It's not just warthogs, either. There's phascolomian (=wombastic), percesocine, tolypeutine, and philomelian. And a host of others.
