    Stumbled across this word in a bike review. From the usage, it appears to be the equivalent of a chuckle at having written a phrase which could be read as an innuendo or immature joke.

    urbandictionary seems to list this under 'fnar' and 'fnarr' - with 'fnarr' being the expression made by a comic book character. circa 2003.
