The original ragù (Italian for ragout, vide spaghetti alla bolognese) recipe takes up to 4 hours, since it has to be cooked on a low flame.
My Fourceelian flatmate always forgets his teapot on the flame: "Ragù!" is the way we tell him "would you please come and put out the fire?".
