i believe that something like that is in the works. i like the nokia 9300 as well. it works fantastically and is pretty good with email. of course you can disagree on that one. i think the treo is a good solution for the near term.

That said, several other companies -- including HTC, Hewlett-Packard, RIM, and others -- have released multi-touch-enabled devices in the past year, and none so far have run afoul of Apple's patent lawyers. whaat? what did Pre rip iPhone off? talk about rip off. cradle syncing app launcher UI touch screen smartphone seems all started by Palm, why shouldn't Palm sue apple for ripping treo off then?
