I apologize if the tone is rude, but a wayleave should take 6 weeks tops, not 6 months, and making appointments to install the telephone service and then not showing up is really not very cool, what kind of business can't deliver in scotland after 6 months ... i feel like i've been stood up royally and expensive like by some cheeky call center who's employees are all not responsible for the football inside the Computer CRM system.

Another reason is that the order system presumes an order can only take maximum 6 weeks (the call center told me this - maybe i got it wrong, but obviously they've cancelled the order twice, so i believe that there are managers in the front office who are compensated by "Average Order Time" and this order was a boat anchor, not being completed as there was a delay whilst openreach applied for a wayleave.
