This phrase originates from the Firesign Theatre's 1974 album Everything You Know Is Wrong. In the first few minutes of Everything You Know Is Wrong, a character on that album, "Happy Harry Cox" is plugging his own albums, one of which "includes the ultra high-speed recording of real Gas Music From Jupiter!"
