These aren't as widely known as the ones you have, but there's also the Bikini Martini and the Blue Hawaii.

Thanks both. While this is an inclusive list, non-mixed or classic drinks score more because there are an awful of lot cocktail recpies out there which no-one actually makes.

The Maltese slipper and Sicilian kiss are ineligible though, as they don't include the actual name of the island.

Yes, I meant the nounal form. And although I love Ichnusa, I'm in two minds about it for fear of opening the floodgates to a host of beers-which-are-also-islands. Ah, go on then, just this one.
