    Antipelargic = mutual kindness, the kindness of an adult to his or her aged parent

    Perhaps the word has lost its way because "we" have lost our way, and no longer care for the wisdom and knowledge of elders...instead we hush them up, and put them in nursing homes, then we can listen to our own foolishness...
