  • After hitting RANDOM WORD a dozen or so times... this is the first word that wasn't an obscure proper noun. The random-word feature was more fun on Wordie.

  • bilby was more fun on Wordie :-(

  • I know. I kicked the randoming habit a while back. Not as much fun. Harder to be smarmy.

  • I tried to click on bilby's profile just now, but I got the Unable to Complete Request message which told me that something had gone "terribly, terribly wrong" and that I should try my luck again after "the screaming stops." So... um... are you okay bilby? Nod your head twice if you've been abducted or something.

  • Message received. Okay folks--we've got a situation here. Looks like the Easter Bilby's been kidnapped by a group of coal-mining Glengellies. We have no confirmation that the Easter Bunny is behind this, but we should still approach with caution--they might try to brain you with candlesticks. Okay... "A Group," check out South Australia. "B Group," you're with me.

  • Wait a minute--on my profile frogapplause just said, “Back off, ruzuzu. I'm the only one allowed to call bilby "bilbycakes"!!!” Bilby, if you can hear me, I need to know whether you were kidnapped by a jealous frog.

  • So why have we lost bilby and gangerh? And when will the screaming stop?

  • I did actually send an e-mail off to "youarebroken@wordnik.com," but I'll mention something on the feedback page, too--I mean, it is the red telephone after all. Oh, and does anyone have a spare bulb for the bat signal?
