For more uncommon adjectives of an animal bent, see this list. The fine list called Bearing and Carrying contains words containing the strings -ferous, -iferous, &c.

    @thtownse, marky: Just added the previously unlisted mesmerical to my more recent adjectives list "More Adjectival Arcana". All terms on my list were added one by one.

    The page for this list takes like 2-3 minutes to load on Chrome. On IE it never loads, just hangs up my browser. If this is a serious site, they need to implement paging for long word lists.
